Small coding error

Uh Oh,

I just realized I cannot seperate the finalists from the second place finisher the way I have coded the points system (it worked in the previous pool but I made enhancements that broke it). I have fixed it temporarily, with the impact that the potential points for the second place finisher are not being counted (16 points). It will fix itself as soon as the final game is played. It is not an easy fix so I will leave it for now. If you have picked a current finalist to finish in second place add 16 points to your potential points.

Sorry about that. I optimized the array of numbers you send me a little too much, and must have missed that it did not work properly in the finals before the Champion was decided.

Sortable table now available

Ask and ye shall receive. I have had numerous requests for a sortable points table. This was always the intention but kept getting pushed out. Well here it is...

Standings

Just click on the column header to sort the information in that column.

Note, the detailed points table cannot be sorted (and probably will never be).

My plan for world domination

Originally I had a grand plan of creating a worldcup pool website which would make me incredibly rich and allow me to retire, but of course, as with all grand plans I woke up. But seriously.... I had excellent feedback from a previous version and it was suggested I could commercialize it. I ran out of time but would like to know what you feel about what I managed to complete.

Was the user interface good.

Was the selection process easy to understand.

Is the point system good.

More importantly - would you pay $19.99 to run your own pool.

Suggestions etc.
